Pixmora ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is dedicated to safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and share your information when you access or use our AI-based creative services, including image stylization, AI dance, outfit swapping, and AI video generation.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
Registration Information: Name, email address, and account credentials.
Media Content: Images, videos, and other files you upload for AI processing.
Preference Data: Chosen styles, filters, editing history, and saved projects.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Technical Information: Hardware model, operating system, app version.
Usage Statistics: Feature engagement, session duration, error reports, and interaction patterns.
Analytics Technologies: We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking technologies. All usage data is collected and analyzed internally.

2. Facial Data Handling

Pixmora enables users to upload media for AI-powered features including image stylization, outfit swapping, dance animation, and AI video generation.

2.1 What Facial Data We Collect

When you upload photos or videos and activate facial-aware AI features, the following data may be temporarily extracted and processed:
• Facial feature points: Geometric coordinates mapping key facial landmarks (eyes, nose, mouth, jawline, eyebrows, and facial contours)
• Facial expression parameters: Motion vectors and deformation coefficients capturing facial expressions, head pose, and movement patterns
• Face region masks: Pixel-level boundaries isolating the face area from the rest of the image
• Face embeddings: Numerical representations used exclusively for matching and aligning faces during outfit swapping

We do NOT collect, store, or process:
• Biometric identifiers for identity verification or authentication
• Any data used for surveillance, tracking, or profiling
• Government-issued ID or document data
• Permanent biometric templates or facial recognition signatures

2.2 How We Use Facial Data

Facial data is processed solely for the following creative purposes:
• Image Stylization: Applying artistic filters and style transfers to facial regions while preserving recognizable features
• Outfit Swapping: Detecting facial boundaries to separate the face from clothing regions for independent style manipulation
• Dance Animation / Motion Transfer: Extracting facial expression and head movement parameters from a source video to animate a still image
• AI Video Generation: Generating facial expressions, lip movements, and head motions consistent with the user's creative intent

Facial data is NEVER used for:
• Identity recognition or biometric verification
• Building facial recognition databases
• Tracking or surveillance across sessions or applications
• Any purpose beyond the specific creative request initiated by the user

2.3 Facial Data Sharing

We DO NOT share, sell, lease, or otherwise distribute your facial data to any third party. Facial data remains within our own processing infrastructure and is never transmitted to external AI service providers, data brokers, advertising networks, or any other third-party entity.

This differs from general data sharing described in Section 4 — facial data is categorically excluded from any sharing arrangement.

2.4 Facial Data Storage Location

Facial data is uploaded to and processed on our secure cloud servers. Data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and processed within isolated, access-controlled server environments. Facial data is never stored on intermediate or third-party systems.

2.5 Facial Data Retention

Facial data is retained only for the duration of the active AI processing request. Upon completion of the AI-generated output (image/video), all extracted facial data — including feature points, expression parameters, face masks, and embeddings — is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. No facial data is retained after processing is complete.

You may also manually delete your uploaded media and generated outputs at any time through the app's settings.

2.6 Facial Data Security

Facial data is processed in isolated server environments with strict access controls. Processing pipelines are designed so that facial data exists only in volatile memory during computation and is purged from storage immediately upon task completion. We conduct regular security reviews to ensure facial data protection.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
Operate, maintain, and enhance Pixmora's services
Generate AI-driven images and videos based on your inputs
Tailor content suggestions and improve user experience
Analyze usage trends to optimize app performance
Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
Comply with applicable legal frameworks

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Pixmora does not share, sell, lease, or transmit your personal data to any third party. The only exceptions are:

Legal Obligations: When mandated by law, court order, or government request.
Business Changes: In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with continued data protection.

IMPORTANT — No Third-Party Data Sharing: Pixmora does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, AI service providers, or data brokers. All data processing, including AI computation, is performed exclusively on our own infrastructure.

5. Data Protection

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption (in transit and at rest), access controls, and regular security reviews.

Uploaded content is processed strictly for task fulfillment and retained only as necessary.

Facial data is processed in isolated environments and never used for recognition or identification.

6. Data Retention

6.1 General Data Retention
Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained only for active processing and user access. You can manually delete your data at any time through the app.

6.2 Facial Data Retention
Facial data (feature points, expression parameters, face masks, and embeddings) is deleted immediately upon completion of the AI processing request. No facial data is stored beyond the processing session. See Section 2.5 for full details.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, APPI), you may be entitled to:

Access, correct, or erase your personal information
Withdraw consent or restrict processing
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Opt out of analytics or personalized features

8. Children's Privacy

Pixmora is not designed for children under 13. Uploading images of minors without parental consent is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

Pixmora does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, APIs, or services. All functionality — including AI processing, analytics, and data storage — is built and operated entirely in-house.

10. AI Processing and Data Use

10.1 What Data Is Processed
When you use AI-powered features (image stylization, outfit swap, dance animation, video generation), the following data is transmitted from your device to our servers:
• Uploaded images and videos
• Facial data extracted from your media (feature points, expression parameters, face masks, embeddings)

10.2 Who Processes the Data
All AI processing is performed exclusively on Pixmora's own secure servers. We do NOT use any third-party AI service provider (such as OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar) for processing your personal data or media content.

10.3 User Consent
Before using any AI-powered feature, the app requests your explicit consent to process your uploaded media and facial data. You may choose not to grant consent, in which case AI features will be unavailable but core app functionality remains unaffected.

10.4 Equal Protection

Pixmora does not share data with any third-party service providers. All personal data, media content, and facial data remain exclusively within our own controlled infrastructure.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through app notifications or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
