Pixmora Terms of Service

Welcome to Pixmora ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services — including image stylization, AI dance, outfit and face swapping, and AI-generated creative videos (collectively, "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Pixmora.
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

2. Account Registration
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
You agree to provide truthful and complete information when creating your account.

3. User Content and License
You retain full ownership of the content you submit.
By uploading or generating content through Pixmora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, and you will not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive material, including images of minors without consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models.
Impersonate, harass, or threaten other users.
Create non-consensual deepfake content or use the Services for deceptive purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, AI models, branding, and documentation provided by Pixmora are owned or licensed by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology without prior written permission.
Output generated by you belongs to you; however, Pixmora may use it to improve the Services as outlined in Section 3.

6. Privacy
Your use of Pixmora is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.
Pixmora does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations.
You assume all risk associated with the use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixmora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third parties.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pixmora operates, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app message or email.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
